Heritage Building

The responsibility of a heritage custodian is to analyse a heritage building and its surroundings in order to identify a viable reuse strategy that will keep the structure relevant in the modern day. The design plan must be attentive so as not to ruin the site's heritage and must have a positive effect on the area that surrounds the site (The IIE, 2022).
